Programme Planner for Pepco
Pepco is a European chain of discount shops offering apparel and household products. Located in 4,300 local shopping centres, high streets and retail parks in 21 European territories. The Pepco ERP Implementation Programme is business expansion and modernisation journey, a transformation initiative is being implemented to equip current and future operations with a robust set of systems and simplified business processes with reduced need for manual intervention. The implementation of ERP Oracle Fusion and ERP Oracle Retail cloud, Technology Enabled Transformation Programme which aimed to deliver improved Finance and Stock business processes using the Oracle product set and best practices as a starting point.

To controlled all planning activities for the Pepco ERP Oracle Fusion and ERP Oracle Retail cloud, Global Technology Enabled Transformation Programme. Consulted with Pepco, Wipro and the 6 different vendors, which were located across Europe and Asia

Dyson is a multinational technology company. It designs and manufactures household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hand dryers, bladeless fans, heaters, hair dryers, and lights. The Programme included 3 projects and 6 workstreams. The programme included scaling of their digital platform to support additional APAC (Asia Pacific) markets to meet business growth and performance. Migration of legacy APAC platform to target platform (AEM, Salesforce CRM & SAP commerce) and adjusting delivery components to meet APAC timelines.

Senior Programme Planner for ATLAS Consortium Hewlett Packard Security & Defence
Senior Programme Planner, to take complete control of all the planning activities within a business unit, which is made up of multiple delivery Programmes and Projects.
- Robert was head hunted by Lockheed Martin, to head up the UK planning team on the MoJ programme.
Programme Planner for Hewlett Packard (Atlas Programme)
The Atlas Consortium comprises four partner companies: DXC Technology, Fujitsu, Airbus Defence and Space and CGI. The consortium is tasked with developing Defence Information Infrastructure (DII) which is a secure military network for the MoD (United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence). This is the largest, most complex information infrastructure rolled out in Europe and connects 300,000 users and 150,000 terminals in 2,000 MoD locations around the world. DII provides a range of software enabling collaborative working across geographical and organisational boundaries and hosts several hundred MoD applications from a range of suppliers, all designed to meet exacting security standards.

Project Support Officer for the Operations Programme at Visa Europe. The role was to provide support for the Operations Programme Manager and the Project Managers, whilst the full time employee was away on maternity leave.
